Delivery Information
The website currently lists quality products from the major manufacturers and leading brands in the UK. If we dont have your item in stock we can usually have your items into stock within 3-4 days. Popular lines are held in stock ready for immediate shipment.
It is Kitparts policy not to debit an order until stock is avaialble for despatch. We don't take your money until we're ready to ship. The only exceptions to this are for one-off, custom or unusual items and we will contact you before processing an order in those rare cases.
Delivery Times
Our target is to have your order with you within 5 working days subject to availability of stock. Standard delivery days are Monday - Friday, Saturday Delivery is a non standard service and is subject to an additional charge. (Any Special offers relating to delivery exclude Saturday & non standard delivery locations) If we have the items in stock on the day of ordering we will (dependent upon time of the order being received) despatch it for a Next Day Service. We are unable to guarantee Next day delivery.
When placing an order please provide a mobile telephone number, we pass this onto the courier who will text a delivery slot to you on the day of delivery.
Delivery Exceptions
Some items may be subject to additional charges due to their weight and size, especially for items over 15 Kg, or bulky items such as seats and engines. We will advise you of any additional carriage prior to shipping. Delivery outside UK mainland including all Islands and offshore and Northern Ireland is not subject to our normal carriage rates. Please contact us mail@kitpartsdirect.com for a delivery quote prior to ordering.
Engines are palletised. For delivery you will require a fork-lift or similar to handle the pallet. Trust us, even Geoff Capes couldn't manhandle a crated engine!
Late Delivery
Unfortunately our courier service is governed by weather conditions out of our control. Weather conditions can pospone or delay collections and deliverys. If you would like to check the status of your parcel at any time, please contact us on 01482 591645, have your order number ready so that we can track your parcel for you.

Sorry, but due to courier restrictions on size we are unable to ship seats outside of the UK.
Delivery Methods
We use Interlink Express and Royal Mail for our deliveries. Most parcels are sent by courier.
You will be required to sign for the goods so please ensure you make provision for this. For security reasons the carrier is unable to leave parcels without a signature.
If you are unable to sign for a parcel please contact us so we may be able to assist in making alternative arrangements for you but it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure you can take safe delivery. In the case of a parcel being returned to us because it could not be signed for we will not refund the carriage and an additional charge may be made to re deilver the parcel.
