How goods are sent
Small, low value items will be despatched by first class Royal Mail
Larger or valuable items will be despatched by fully tracked courier with a signature required on delivery
Very large items such as engines are despatched via a pallet service. Palletised delivery is usually carried out by an 18 ton truck - this is a large vehicle so if access to your address is going to be a problem let us know! We can arrange for a smaller vehicle if necessary.
Most items are in stock for immediate despatch. Where an item is out of stock or has a lead time we will contact the customer to advise.
Other areas
We despatch to destinations worldwide. For all non-UK mainland destinations we will contact the customer to arrange the most appropriate delivery method. Delivery charges for non-mainland UK may be payable, depending on the nature of the shipment.
